Thank you for shopping with Yoyo SnowGLo. Please review our Shipping Policy below before placing your order.

1. Processing Times

All snowglobe cups are handmade, which means processing times may vary based on order volume.

Typical processing time: 1–3 weeks
Custom orders may take longer.

Processing time does not include shipping time.

2. Shipping Times

Once your order ships, the estimated delivery times are:

  • U.S. Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • International Shipping: Varies by country (usually 7–21 business days)

Shipping times are estimates and depend on the carrier.

We are not responsible for carrier delays.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Occasional free shipping promotions may apply.

4. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, we cannot replace or refund the order.

For lost or delayed packages, customers must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.

6. Incorrect Address Policy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to an incorrect address

  • Missing apartment or unit numbers

  • Reshipping costs due to incorrect addresses

If you enter the wrong address, contact us immediately. If the order has not shipped, we will update it.

7. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours

  2. Provide photos of:

    • The damaged item

    • The box/packaging

    • Your order number

Approved damage claims receive a replacement, not a refund.

8. International Shipping (if applicable)

International customers are responsible for:

  • Customs fees

  • Import taxes

  • Duties

We do not control these charges.

Shipping times may be extended due to customs processing.
